Mark Brennan

Mark is a founding Partner of Linear Capital Group, and has been an active participant in the investment community in North America and Europe for over 15 years. Mr. Brennan has extensive experience in the areas of Institutional Sales, Trading, Corporate Finance, Corporate Advisory and marketing services. Previously, Mr. Brennan was a financial Investor Relations consultant to a number of private and publicly traded companies in the entertainment, technology and biotechnology segments and held Institutional Sales positions at First Marathon UK Ltd. and Richardson Greenshields. Mr. Brennan holds a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) degree from the University of King's College. 
 
John Lewis

John became a Principal of Linear Capital in January 2001. From 1993 to 2000, Mr. Lewis was founder and president of Investor Services, a full-service IR firm focused on the biotech, high-tech and consumer products sectors. Previous to this, Mr. Lewis held senior sales and marketing positions in the merchandising industry. 
 
Lenny Foreht

Lenny joined Linear Capital Group in August of 2002. Graduating from the University of Toronto with a degree in international relations, Mr. Foreht began his career at RBC Dominion Securities as a retail sales associate. Previously, Mr. Foreht has acted as a business development consultant to several publicly-traded high-tech and biotech firms. 
 
David Robertson

David enjoyed a long career with the Royal Bank Financial Group. He has held Senior positions in San Francisco, New York, London, England and Toronto. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of Royal Bank Venture Capital Corporation (1987/90), RoyLease Corporation (1987/91) and Deputy Head of Global Corporate Banking. From 1991 to 1999 he was Senior Vice President & General Manager of the Royal Bank in the U.S.A., responsible for the bank's operations and strategy. Since then he has advised companies on their overall strategic and business plans, including merger and acquisitions and financing. David brings a global perspective to his analysis.

Tony Croll

Tony has a broad background in the investment industry gained through 12 years of working closely with private and public companies in Canada, the U.S., Europe and Asia. Mr. Croll was a Partner at Goodrich Capital Canada, an international investment bank, where he executed mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships and commercialized technologies for clients. Mr. Croll co-founded Linear Capital Group and assisted firms in developing and implementing successful growth strategies. Prior to that he was with Paine Webber International (now UBS Warburg) in London, England. Mr. Croll graduated from McGill University in Montréal with a B.A. in Economics.

Maria Sánchez-Rico

Maria has conducted analysis work on both conventional and non-conventional oil and gas projects, as well as having experience in both petroleum geology and reservoir engineering. She has previously worked for Fugro Robertson; an international geology consultancy firm. 


Adam Dorfman

Adam joined Linear Capital Group in 2007. He holds an international business degree from the University of Ottawa and and international business certificate from the El Tec of Monterrey in Monterrey, Mexico. Prior to joining Linear he was the CEO and founder of an entertainment company. Adam brings an entrepreneurial and global perspective to his outlook.
