Linear has a strict due diligence process to determine which Companies have the capability to provide a significant investment return over a moderate time frame.

Linear looks for clients that have a track record or traction in delivering a product or service to end customers. Preferred companies shall have minimum sales of over C$5 million, be profitable or cash flow positive, and have the potential for exponential growth.

Linear looks at investment opportunities that demonstrate current values at a substantial discount measured by assets, cash flow, and/or earnings.
